Welcome to Dad Drawer. Hank says to read the fine print, so here it is in plain English.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of daddrawer.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Graham Bailey, doing business as Dad Drawer ("Dad Drawer," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or be using the Site with a parent's or guardian's permission. Some products, such as knives, may only be bought by adults 18 or older, and some may be restricted by state or local law. You're responsible for making sure you're allowed to buy and receive what you order.

2. Products and descriptions
Many of our products are made by independent makers and partner brands, and some are handmade or personalized. Colors, wood grain, engraving, and other details may vary slightly from the photos. We try hard to describe everything accurately, but we don't promise that every description is error-free.

3. Personalized items
When you order a personalized item, you're responsible for the spelling, wording, and content you give us. Please double-check it. We may refuse personalization that is offensive or unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout. If an item's price is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after you've placed it. Payments are processed by our payment providers, such as Shopify Payments. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use your payment method.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted once the item ships. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order (for example, because of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or stock being unavailable). If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.

7. Using the Site
Please don't misuse the Site. That means no hacking, scraping, interfering with how it works, using it for anything unlawful, or posting content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights. Reviews and other content you submit may be used by us to run and promote the Site.

8. Intellectual property
The Dad Drawer name, the Hank character, and the Site's text, graphics, and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

9. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to services we don't control, such as carriers and payment providers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Product use and safety
Use products as intended and follow any maker instructions and warnings. This applies especially to knives, grill tools, torches and smoker kits, food products, and personal care items. Check ingredients for allergies before eating or using a product. Keep sharp tools, torches, and fuel away from children.

11. Disclaimer
Except as stated in our policies, and to the fullest extent allowed by law, the Site and products are provided "as is." We make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any manufacturer warranty that comes with a product is provided by that manufacturer.

12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification
You agree to hold us harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the Site or products, or from your violation of these Terms or the law.

14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise. Before filing anything, please email us first. Most problems get fixed with one friendly conversation.

15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they're posted on this page. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
