Shipping Policy

Dad Drawer — daddrawer.com. Operated by Graham Bailey, doing business as Dad Drawer.

Dad Drawer doesn't keep a warehouse full of stuff. Hank's garage is full enough. Every item ships directly from one of our partner brands or print-on-demand makers.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States only. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or outside the United States. PO boxes are welcome. Our orders can ship via USPS, which delivers to PO boxes, but some carriers require a street address, so we recommend including one if you can.

Processing time
- Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before they ship.
- Personalized and made-to-order items are made just for you, so they may sit toward the longer end of that range.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting US holidays.

Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days within the contiguous United States. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and the holidays can slow things down.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Multiple packages
If your order has items from different makers, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. That's normal.

Tracking
As soon as each package ships, we'll email you its tracking info.

Ordering for a holiday or birthday?
Order early. Your dad shows up to the airport four hours early, and you can show up to Christmas a week early.

Wrong address, lost, or damaged packages
- Check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order ships, we can't change where it's going. If you need to fix an address, email us right away and we'll do our best before it ships.
- If tracking says delivered but you can't find the package, check with neighbors and household members, then email us within 7 days. We'll help open a claim with the carrier.
- If an item arrives damaged, email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right (see our Refund Policy).

Age-restricted items
Some products, such as knives, may only be bought by adults 18 or older. Knife laws vary by state and town, and you're responsible for knowing and following the laws where your order is delivered. By ordering, you confirm that you're 18 or older and allowed to buy and receive these items there.
